Following our successful coal trials in 2011, PCT have agreed to a short term handling agreement with Teck Resources to load coal vessels directly from railcars.  The agreement is for 2 years and will see PCT handle coal using our sulphur handling equipment.  On a periodic basis, PCT will suspend handling of sulphur to allow equipment to be used to load coal directly to vessels.
